Mapstudy Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray pesticides, treat termites, remove animals or do any other pest control work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. Each one is solely responsible for its estimates, prices, products, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We also make no promises about a provider's availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest checking their credentials, asking to see proof of license and insurance, and getting a written estimate.
