How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Mapstudy Pest Control should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Mapstudy Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we put you in touch with

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Mapstudy Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also reach out to the agency that regulates pest control in Minnesota.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@mapstudy.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Once that is done, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
