Referral and Compensation Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You deserve a clear picture of how Mapstudy Pest Control works and how it earns money. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Mapstudy Pest Control Does

Mapstudy Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not do general pest control, termite treatment, rodent control, wildlife removal, exclusion or any other pest work.

When you call the number on this website or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers near you.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Mapstudy Pest Control for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send their way. The payment can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Mapstudy Pest Control. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The products and methods it uses
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, permits and insurance
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement, and it does not promise anything about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this website may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
